The Fund for Public Interest Research

The Fund for Public Interest Research (FFPIR) helps some of the top progressive
groups in the country wage the campaigns that preserve our environment,
protect human rights, clean up politics, and challenge corporate power.

FFPIR is hiring Citizen Outreach Directors to run their campaign offices across
the country next year -- running campaigns for groups like the Sierra Club,
the Human Rights Campaign, and the State PIRGs.

They are looking for smart, motivated students who want to get their hands
dirty and make a real impact on some of the most critical issues facing our
society.

Citizen Outreach Director Megan Stokes will be holding interviews on the UM campus on Feb. 9 and an information session on Feb. 8 at 5 p.m. in the Toppel Center Library.
You can sign up for interviews through the Toppel Career Center at

http://www.miami.edu/toppel/canezone/.

In addition, FFPIR has spring semester and summer positions available for
undergrads. Please contact their office to arrange an interview.

For more information, please visit their Web site at www.fundcareers.org, or contact Megan Stokes at 305-604-0081or mstokes@ffpir.org.
